She has made a living out of imparting her wisdom when it comes to working out.
And it seems one of the methods fitness guru Jennifer Nicole Lee uses to keep things fun is mixing up her exercise.
Today the 37-year-old, who is known as JNL, opted to play a game of catch with an American football as she soaked up the sun on Miami Beach.

After she was crowned Miss Bikini America 2006 when she famously lost 70lbs following the birth of her second child, JNL is determined to stay in shape.
Even though she was enjoying a relaxing day at the beach she still made sure to keep fit.
The toned star was seen running through the waves while clutching an American football.

Naturally the television personality - who later took a refreshing shower - was also keen to show off the fruits of all that labour.
She sported a very skimpy red and black zebra print string two-piece for the outing.
While the bikini top protected Jennifer Nicole’s modesty, the bottoms were so tiny in nature that they were nearly indecent.

However it seems the fitness guru wanted to make sure her tan lines were as minimal as possible as she frolicked in the warm weather.
She also wore a pair of mirrored sunglasses as well as a water resistant watch and several bracelets on one wrist.
But it wasn’t all working out and no play for Jennifer Nicole and she also enjoyed some time lounging on the sand.
The star, whose trademark phrase is ‘strong is the new skinny’, has published several books, workout DVDs and has launched her own swimwear line.
