Not the show he had in mind: Justin Bieber fell ill at his concert in Glendale, Arizona on Saturday night

He's caused mass hysteria globally, yet 18-year-old pop sensation Justin Bieber fell victim to his own pressures on Saturday night.
In the first show of his Believe tour, the Baby singer succumbed to a mystery illness, buckling over on stage mid-show.
Bieber apologised to the crowd for being sick, but his legion of loyal fans at the Jobing arena in Glendale, Arizona offered their support, cheering him on despite the uncharacteristic display.

Milk: The teen heart throb later blamed his bout of stomach bother on drinking too much milk

A 16-second clip posted on TMZ shows Beiber climbing down stairs in a choreographed move with his back-up dancers as his music throbs in the background.
Dressed in leather pants, black high top sneakers, a white T-shirt and vest, the singer follows his rehearsed steps while performing the song Out of Town Girl.

Bedridden: Justin tweets about his recovery

He then buckles over mysteriously with his back to the audience while vomiting profusely.
After vomiting, the singer is then seen running for the side of the stage.
Even more mysterious was the fact Bieber’s vocals continued on a backing track as his dancers soldiered on.
The performance was the first on his new Believe tour; and even though he was forced to leave the stage twice due to illness, the show went on.

Milk to blame: Justin explains the illness

After returning moments later, Bieber asked his adoring crowd: 'Will you love me even though I’m throwing up on stage?'
The 18-year-old heartthrob later blamed the incident on drinking too much milk.
Despite the onstage incident, Bieber later tweeted that Glendale was a 'great show' and said he was getting better before Sunday’s show in Las Vegas.
Accompanying a photo of himself tucked in bed, he wrote his fans: 'Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u', adding moments later, 'And .... Milk was a bad choice! Lol'.

Better: After the incident, Bieber continued to a warm reception
