The model/actress jetted into the city this week.
And she's been quick to show off her summery fashion credentials.
She was spotted walking along the streets of Beverly Hills yesterday (Tuesday) as she indulged in some light retail therapy.
Silly me! Kelly was shopping in Beverly Hills when she spied the traffic warden and got him to help her buy a ticket using her credit card - while dressed in a pretty get-up, of courseWearing a patterned skirt which showed off her enviable legs and a plain black vest top, Kelly appeared in a bright and breezy mood.
She finished her look off with burgundy strappy heels and a leather handbag, while her hair was worn wavy and down.
But she appeared to get just a little bit too wrapped up in her penchant for shopping as she nearly faced getting fined for parking her car without a ticket.
As Brook eyed up the goods on offer in one trendy store she spied a traffic warden writing out a ticket for her vehicle.
All smiles: After a lot of animated talk the model/actress escaped a fine and was able to continue her shopping afternoon
But she quickly ran out of the shop to do some sweet talking.
And it obviously worked as a few minutes , and a lot of animated talking later, she was seen giggling with the office.
And acting as a smitten gentleman he then helped her buy a ticket using her credit card.
